This book I got as a hand me down from a friend, and I didn't think it would be much of anything, but it's turned out to be a sort of bible for me. It's got a lot of natural holistic home remedies. It's very smart about being minimal with how many baby products to buy and it takes a natural healthy approach. I refer to it constantly for home remedies for common childhood sicknesses. It strongly promotes breastfeeding. My favorite book by far!
