I got this as a small stocking stuffer for someone but I'm worried it will break. It feels too tightly strung, there are no knots between pearls (as shown), even one of the pearls was obviously drilled in two places and has a hole showing. Some of the pearls even came a little scuffed looking. I did not pay much so i think i may take it apart to use the good pearls in a bracelet or something.

I have to disagree with the statement about this being a bad pearl necklace. My wife was delighted with this pearl necklace-- in fact her face when I gave it to her was just like the picture above.
