I was very pleased with this firm and they were able to deliver during the Christmas season, even though my order was placed just days before the holiday.

My wife loves the product for its' quality and clarity of detail.

I was very happy with my purchase from FineJewelers.com. They were very attentive to all aspects of the purchase including description of the pendant, the packaging which was very nice and the quick delivery but most of all the pendant is beautiful.

I purchased this as a Birthday gift for my girlfriend, and she was pleased with it. As far as the pictures of the necklace go they are pretty spot on, but I do have a minor gripe. The Peridot and diamond are both legitimate. The white gold is solid in quality and shine. The only real complaint I have is regarding the necklace. The pics attached to the combo don't really give a sense of scale for the chain. While the chain is a bit thin and fragile in appearance it has held up for her so far (Two Months). The necklace also tends to twist a bit and get caught in her hair, but it doesn't seem to bother her. To summarize the pendant was exactly what I wanted , but the chain wouldn't have been my first choice.

I am always skeptical of purchasing jewlery online, but this was a great choice. The stone was flawless and set beautifully. It was a gift for my girlfriend and she couldn't have been happier.

I have been seaching for a item for Christmas for my girl friend for sometime. This being are first Christmas together I want something special. I look in all the local store and found many items, all which would have me taking out a loan to pay for them. I love my lady but going in debt isn't going to happen. So I found many great items on amazon, and at great pricing. I wanted something with her birthstone and found this " heart shaped peridot pendant." Out of the hundreds of items this was the one. It was perfect! Great shape, size and made with love.

This Pendant was fine. Acceptable quality on the jewel itself, but the chain was horrible! I have seen better quality from the dollar store. At almost $200 discounted with a much higher supposed "retail" it was really poor.

After the break occurred CS was unwilling to send a new chain and only offered to repair the inferior quality original. They said and this is a quote "You are more than welcome to contact Amazon and return the product for a full refund." I don't have the time so I am just calling AmEX and reversing the charges because of the poor CS and quality of merchandise.

If I were you I would NOT buy Jewelry from Finejewelers.com. They are anything but true to their moniker. Just sad.
