My vacuum wasn't picking up well and I discovered that it was likely due to the hose being stretched out and damaged. Replacing it was easy as it requires only that you detach it by turning the end attached to the vacuum counter-clockwise and removing it. Attach the new hose and you're done.

This hose fit our Hoover vacuum just fine, but it collapsed quite soon after I attached it. I'm replacing it with a Hoover replacement which some of the reviews said was better than the hose originally supplied with the vacuum.

This item did NOT fit my Hoover windtunnel. I assumed, if your referred the item to me after I had purchased the WindTunnel that it would fit my sweeper. WRONG................. I'm very unset to have to pay to return this extension hose.
