I too am typically a one handbag person. I've been reluctant to part with my 4-year-old bag even though it's orange, and nylon, because its external compartments work so well for me. I saw this bag and thought I'd try an on-line purchase again - haven't been too lucky in past attempts and retail stores never seem to have what I want. I am very happy with this purchase - from the price, to the quality, to the time it took to receive it. The external compartments work very well for me (for keys, cellphone, eyeglasses and sunglasses, eye-drops and lip balm, coupons, etc.) and there's compartment space for more. There is only one inner compartment (w/zipper) but thats sufficient for me. The bag isn't too bulky, nor too deep. It isn't a fashionable bag - but its a handsome enough workhorse for everyday use. The only thing preventing me giving this a 5-star rating is that it would have been good to have a different color than black for the lining - nothing worse than trying to find something in the black pit interior of your handbag when the light isn't good. I'd recommend an orange lining to the manufacturer!

I was delighted to find a reasonable size handbag/organizer with a shoulder strap. I had been looking everywhere for one! This handbag is well made and can be used for all occasions. I tend to use only one bag so need to have it meet all settings. The strap is somewhat old-fashioned but works fine. The organizer section could use more card space. However, I am very pleased with the handbag!

I always use small shoulder purses because of back aches. I needed something a bit bigger because of the size of eye glass cases and my age that means carrying 2 cases. I've been thru 6 bags in the past year and this one turned out perfect. Outside pocket for phone allows easy access and the antenna has space to stick out so I can still velcro closed. More pockets than I need but the working woman that likes to carry make up would find this lovely. I carry wallet, pen, calendar and glasses. With only those items this is a lightweight purse. I can make handle longer for shoulder bag but it actually fits up on my shoulder without changing strap. Superbly made. Rick look. Sturdy. Beautiful. Not too big but big enough that when I do work I can carry lots more stuff. I love this bag! The price was great but I'd pay up to $85 for this purse even tho I'm retired on fixed income. It is going to last me a long time and I love that thought too. Back zipper pocket goes entire length of purse and there are pockets inside the outside pocket which just gives you that much more versatility. Do buy!

First of all, I bought this handbag on my husband's Amazon account. I am very pleased with this handbag. It is very hard to find a leather handbag that has compartments as well as an adjustable shoulder strap. Anyone looking for such a handbag will not be disappointed in this one. It also comes in a few different colors.

I bought this for my wife because she always wants to "get organized". It seems to work better than most empty hole bags and is very soft leather material. I recommend it as a gift.

I am very pleased with this handbag. It is medium sized with enough pockets to meet my needs. I use the cell phone pocket to hold my pens so I don't have to scramble to find them. I use the small fold-over front pocket for my cell phone, which I can quickly retrieve when needed. I love the zippered pocket next to it to hold my change. There is another larger pocket behind these two for holding credit cards, cash, pix, whatever. There is another zippered pocket on the back (it is almost 2/3 the length of the purse -- just right for holding cash & more). Behind it is a pocket with a single snap closure (wonderful for cramming things in a hurry!). And then, there is the body which is nice and roomy. You almost don't need it. I bought it for the color, material, pockets and the extra long strap, which I keep doubled over unless I am doing some serious shopping. The only thing that I would have changed would have been to reduce its height by half. I believe that would have given it a more up-to-date look. This bag holds all of my junk. Even my 16 oz. bottle of water fits inside the main body of the purse (standing upright). If the manufacturer remade this purse and did cut its height in half, it would be nice to have a pouch specifically for a water bottle (umbrella holder??). It is not a showy purse but I would buy it again.

I bought this purse a couple of months ago, and was mostly happy with it. It has slots for credit cards, room for checkbooks, a phone pocket, etc. But now it's falling apart. The lining is ripping in several places, and the strap is coming loose. The stitching is coming undone. I typically spend $15-$50 on a purse, and get at least 6 months' use. I threw this handbag in the trash last night, and dug out an old one to use until I can find a replacement.

I have purchased expensive handbags, cheap handbags and handbags of every description. This is my all time favorite!! It's light weight, soft leather, and the organizer pockets are PERFECT!! It's a great deal!

I used this purse for 5 weeks and the shoulder strap snapped in half. (OF COURSE IT'S PAST THE 30 DAY GUARANTEE CUT OFF DATE-isn't that always the way!). I could have found better quality at Target! Next time I'LL LOOK AT TARGET! Forget the low quality purses offered here!

I'm on business travel about one week out of each month, so I want a purse that's practical, holds my cell, PDA, airline tickets, travel papers, personal essentials (diabetic test kit & medication), computer glasses, pins, plastic, and cash - and looks good when I walk into business meetings. Also - MUST be hands free (Think short, matronly woman in airport with rolling laptop case, a large suitcase, purse constantly sliding off shoulders - not good). That means a cross-body, preferably leather, light weight - It took me over a year to find this purse! When I saw that it was out in spring colors, I clicked over and snapped up three more (cream, light brown, wine!). Zippers work very well, it carries extremely well, leather is wonderfully light and flexible, everything fits, and the price is incredibly low for the quality. Will likely buy 10 more for Christmas presents (Mom, my five sisters, my in-laws).
