This product (Lexmark ink refill) was mailed to me faster than the given arrival date, and it was not a knock off...the real thing. I needed this black ink fast for a form so I installed immediately and printed without even first doing a check sheet. It was the best, clearest, brightest ink I have ever had. It was sealed and packed correctly and arrived unharmed. I've bought refills for years for much more and this was far the best ink at a lesser price.
