I found the case to fit very well. I bought it to fit the extended life battery and it does that very well. The case already has several thousand air miles on it and it looks like it will hold up even with the abuse travel puts on it.

Case comes off screen every time its opened and has to be adjusted which is a pain, also don`t like logo on top of case. All in all good for the price. P.S- It is NOT leather

This portfolio is absolutely wonderful. It not only protects the laptop from abuses that happen while traveling. Also protects from abuses on construction sites. Makes a very comfortable rest on your arm and still allows easy typing while on the move. The only thing I have found even remotely bothersome is that the top of the cover that goes around the screen removes from its position easily. It goes back on, but it can get a little annoying. That showed up more when I used the 3 cell battery. With the 6 cell, it stays a lot better.

All in all, a great product that makes life a little easier. Highly recommend this to anyone who owns this laptop.

If you have an Acer Aspire One netbook and want to have book style case for it, this is the best case currently available in the market. IMHO, this case has the best design, workmanship and material. My girlfriend brought me a "leather" case, which is another design. It was so bad it broke within a month.

This case uses the sleeve fully cover the 6-cell battery instead of just hinging to either side of the protruding battery. This design may have impacted the appearance a little bit but provided much more stability and durability. My other case uses the sleeve hinging to either side of the battery. This may seem to be a good idea but those two small strips of sleeve got loose all the time. Since it's a small piece of leather, it got wear out really fast. One of the strips was broken within a month, which makes the whole case useless. That is why I have to buy this case to replace it.

This case has much better workmanship and material. My other case was made by "leather" case instead of genuine leather. Lesson learned. Folks. When people tell you it is leather instead of genuine leather, it could mean many things but 99.99% means manmade leather, such as PU leather. My other case smells horrible and like a really cheap plastic. This case smells nice just like real leather should.

Overall, I am really happy with this case and strongly recommend it.

When I received this case and opened the package, my first impression was quality workmanship, nice leather, put together very well. The Acer Aspire One fits snug in this case, once closed it look's more like a midsized Day Runner than a laptop case. Inside the top cover there are places where you can put business cards about two and memory cards. I don't use them but they are there. This is a great buy and a beautiful accessory for the Aspire.

Very nice sleeve with pockets for extra SD cards.
Durable and perfect fit.
One minor thing. The locking "flap" have a tendency of blocking the web-cam.

I can attest to all of the other comments regarding the poor fit around the touchpad, overall fit around the computer and cheap design. I quit using it after several weeks and haven't looked back. Junk.

It works well for me. It does what I wanted. The opening around the mousepad/cursor could be a bit larger but not a problem.

It is very good. But when opened is necessary hold the upper corners, because it falls out the computer screen. But it fits very well in the 6 cells battery Acer One. Looks like an agenda. Recommended

I have own this case for about a month now, and I think its great as far as fit while battery is attached (not as fitting when battery isn't attached), and as far as protection for my netbook. The only drawback is that it doesn't have ventilation holes cut out at the bottom for computer vents. But overall i think its great!
