Everything works as expected the right bags for the right tool makes things just fine.

I purchased the Riccar "Brilliance" 2 years ago to replace an Oreck that was not satisfying me, in spite of all the advertisements. The Brilliance model uses the "W" size.

I purchased a 6-pack of bags at my vacuum cleaner store for 18.99. Depending upon how often you vacuum and the size of your house, this 6-pack should last a year. These are Hepa bags specifically designed to reduce air-borne allergens. The bags are small: 6" wide by 11" long and are cloth. They are easy to replace in the vacuum.

Another nice feature is a small piece of tape that is attached near the suction hole of each bag. The tape can be secured over the hole when the bag is ready for disposal which I find is a handy feature.

I love my Riccar and these bags may appear to be expensive, but I can tell you that their performance has been great. I have pets and have not seen pet hair as quickly after I vacuum as I did with the Oreck. I highly recommend this vacuum and these bags. In addition the Riccar is made in the USA in Missouri.

This bags work fine on our RICCAR. The only downside is the price is a little high. If you buy them at the RICCAR store they cost about 5.00 a bag. I guess if you want the best you have to pay the price. Of course, the RICCAR vac is the best vacuum cleaner on the market.
