I would like to set the record straight regarding the previous review of this product. I have personally verified that this product is in fact genuine Riccar bags. This product is being fulfilled by Amazon.com, NOT GOVACUUM. We shipped Amazon.com many cases of the genuine Riccar bags to ship for us. I personally ordered these bags from Amazon, and I received GENUINE RICCAR BAGS, as well as return instructions on how to return them to Amazon. It appears the previous reviewer who didn't leave his name, is one of our competitors.Return instructions are clearly shown on the website.

How hard is it to find the right vacuum cleaner bags when you are out shopping and realize that you are out of bags? So many different models. I always get the wrong ones and have to exchange them. Not this time! I ordered them from Amazon, they were cheaper, I had to go nowhere and they are the right ones.

So after seeing the reviews on this product, I was skeptical to say the least on whether I would receive generic bags, or genuine Riccar bags as advertised due to other people's experiences. I decided to go ahead with the purchase, as this is really the best price that I've found on line anywhere for genuine Riccar bags. I didn't really care about the seller when purchasing as they all are basically the same price, but I chose B & M Housewares because they are owned by Amazon. To my disappointment when I received the bags, they were Envirocare Technologies, not genuine Riccar bags. I was even more upset after speaking with B & M who informed me that all they had was generic bags, and that only authorized Riccar dealers could provide genuine Riccar bags, and told me that it was a mistake on Amazon.

I was still determined to get the genuine bags at this price, and noticed that GoVacuum's price was cheaper on Amazon then on their own site for the same bag, so I decided to give them a call to find out if these were really generic bags and the picture was wrong. They were very nice, and assured me that the bags on Amazon were in fact genuine Riccar bags, and that they were even being shipped by Amazon directly to me.

I took their word, and placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised to receive genuine Riccar vacuum bags in 2 days after placing my order! I appreciated the ability to speak with someone on the phone with both companies, and B & M was did allow me to return the generic bags for a full refund.

I know there has been some confusion on this product from some other customers, so I hope that my review clarifies this. It seems that some vendors are sending out generic bags, but GoVacuum is sending genuine.

Ok, I don't write many reviews but because I saw the mixed reviews on this I had to add mine. I just hate being taken in by incorrect information! Just received 24 bags today. This is my real name, I am not employed by anyone related to the sales of these. I ordered these with Amazon (not any of the "other buying choices.") I received the genuine article at a slightly cheaper price than the last time I had to buy these from the store. I'm happy!

We needed these replacement bags and found them several places locally but they were very expensive. They were about half the price at the Amazon affiliate. Delivered promptly and wrapped well. Amazon does it again, good products at a good value.

This style of vacuum bag was very hard to find. There are a lot of imitations, but this is the "real deal". I was so happy when I found the correct bags for my Riccar vacuum. The bags were appropriately packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I will be back. I'm a happy customer.

I received the exact product I wanted---service was outstanding--very professional, courteous, and right on time. Pricing was fabulous.

I HAVE USED THESE VACUUM CLEANER BAGS SINCE I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED MY RICCAR VACUUM CLEANER. THESE BAGS ARE WHAT THE MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS. I WOULDN'T USE ANY OTHER BAG BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANY OTHER BAG OUT THERE AND THEY ARE NOT ANY MORE EXPENSIVE.

ORDERING FROM AMAZON IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN GOING TO THE VACUUM CLEANER STORE TO PURCHASE THEM AND I DON'T NEED TO GET INTO MY CAR TO GET THEM. I ORDER ALMOST EVERYTHING I USE ON THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT IS MORE CONVENIENT, FOR ME, TO HAVE THINGS DELIVERED RIGHT TO MY DOOR.

I had read the previous reviews and decided to order anyway.. hoping that the bad review was indeed a hoax review. BUT, I just received my bags and THEY ARE NOT GENUINE RICCAR BAGS AS SHOWN!! They are envirocare generic bags. AND, if you want to return anything to them - they deduct shipping (even if it was initially free, from your refund. PLUS, a 10% restocking fee (even on new,unopened items). TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! They DO NOT SHIP FROM AMAZON AS STATED - They ship from Vacuums Unlimited in Chantilly, VA.

Came quickly and they were genuine Riccar bags and half the price of same bags in store. The stores I called only had the smaller kits with 6 bags instead of 12 and the price was approximately the same as the 12 bag set.
