Product Description

Hand-woven natural fiber coco mat is delicately compressed using hydraulic press into a mold filled with natural rubber, featuring the classic sunburst half round design. When complete, the rubber fibers are tufted onto this rubber base creating a non-skid backing and displaying an elegant decor and a warm welcome to your guests at the front door. The resilient brush fibers are excellent for scrubbing off dirt, slush and mud from your shoes and boots and hiding them within the fibers. Easy to clean - simply shake off the dirt or vacuum occasionally. This product resists mildew and is weather resistant.

The front edges of this door mat were a little crinkled from shipping, but that eventually flattened out. I have had this particular mat before, and it lasted twice as long as the other sunburst mat style.

I purchased two of these mats, one for my front porch and one for the back. Both areas are covered. After less than three (3) months, the one on the front porch has already lost most of its rubber backing. It's coming off in huge pieces. The one at the back of my house is also starting to fall apart. The company has a terrible return policy, and will not compensate me for the disintegration of its' product. These mats were very expensive. I actually had previously owned one that lasted for years. These were obviously not the same product. Very disappointed in both the company and its products!

This size is often difficult to find so happy to do so on Amazon. Price point was about the same as other sites but free shipping made this the choice. My only slight complaint is that the rug does have a couple of ripples so that it doesn't entirely lie flat..but as my husband would say.."no one would notice that but you!"
