This was bought for my son as a birthday present. Upon opening the package, I could tell how [..]made it was (i.e. the felt was already coming off of one of the strikers). We used it for approximately five minutes before one of the strikers broke in two. For something that sounded like a lot of fun in concept, turned out to be a total disappointment. [..].

This started off as so much fun! But it's built very cheaply and broke very quickly. The cover for the battery cracked in half and so it wouldn't hold the battery in. What a disappointment!

I purchased this item for my 3 year old son for christmas. He loves to play with it on the kitchen floor and we have lots of fun. I would recommend this to anyone with children. The only downfall with this item is the puck strikers are poorly made. They are not very sturdy. My son broke both of them the first week so I would recommend finding another set a your local sports store. They might not break with an older child that would understand not to put much pressure on them. I cannot complain though for the price.

I really wanted this to be fun. So much so, that I got 3 of them-- 2 as gifts for others and one for myself (and my kid). I wasn't interested in the bumpers or goals so I did not even attempt using them. I just wanted to play air hockey on the floor with my 4 yr old.

Nope.

The puck is just a piece of junk and does not work for more then 3 min. My engineer of a hubby has taken it apart a couple of times, trying to fix it. No luck, it will work again for a min or two and then die.

Darn. Back to the drawing boards guys.

I purchased this as a Christmas present, and it was fun while it lasted. Unfortunately, it didn't last more than a few minutes before breaking. Try telling younger kids to NOT hit a hockey puck hard.

The concept is great, but move on to a more durable version.
