As a 7th grade science teacher, we have to briefly cover geological aspects, and I found this book to be a tremendous resource. Many pages have great, usable activities, and I also was able to modify some activities to work better for me. My kids especially liked the page where they map out the Earth's earthquakes to discover most are directly on plate boundaries (duh, but a big reinforcer to the concept). Highly recommended, especially for 6th grade science when this is the main focus.
