back toback tight jams from back in the day, July 21, 2007

straight up I still dig these two Jams and they hit still. George Clinton released One of the Funkiest Jams of not only the 80's but also of all times with "Atomic dog" which still packs a whole lot of bite. those cold synths and Beats. then you got that cold whiskey sounding Groove from Kim Carnes"Betty Davis eyes" which has a cold groove that compliments Kim Carnes's vocals. both are most have Jams.

False Advertising !, November 14, 2007

There are two tracks on this cd single, however, only one is an actual 12" version.
1. George Clinton- ATOMIC DOG - 12" Single Version (9:25)
2. Kim Carnes- BETTE DAVIS EYES - album version (3:43)
Not sure why they would put the album version on this cd, and then sell it
as the 12" version? I have lots of these 12" Classics cd singles and there are actually a few in which they did this. What a rip-off.
