5.0 out of 5 stars George Foreman Fusion Grill GR70WHT
I recommend this to anyone! It's affordable, easy to clean, and great for locations where an actual fire is not practical or allowed! 3.0 out of 5 stars This was a good product, but not as good as...
This was not as good as the other George Foreman products, like his XL and XXL skillets. What I like about his other products is that they let the fat drip off, so it is healthier. This product did not deduct from the fat as well as i thought it would. This is the same price as the XL skillet, and I think that the XL skillet is a better product for the same money...

I recommend this to anyone! It's affordable, easy to clean, and great for locations where an actual fire is not practical or allowed! We just started using ours, and everything we have done comes out perfectly. Steaks are tender, chicken is moist, and burgers are juicy. The is no open flame, so there are no flare-ups or burnt foods, even if you are using a sauce or marinade. Great for veggies and fish, too. There are no spaces to lose the food through. Clean up is quick and easy, you need only hot water, a sponge, and a little soap! The size is great, too. It's large enough to do a family size meal with out having to cook everything one at a time. Definitely a must have for anyone! Great for apartments and RV's. We love it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best grill by far, May 4, 2001
This review is from: George Foreman GR70WHT Infusion Grill (Kitchen)
This grill is the best piece of cookware that I have ever bought...I was looking for a product that cooked food quickly but still gave the food a great taste. I have had my grill for about 7 months, and since then I have used the oven an average of once a week. This grill is extremely quick in cooking food and leaves your food very moist. This grill has a temperature control that ranges from Warm to 440 degrees. The glass lid is a great feature because it allows the flavor to stay in the food. I have cooked chicken leg quarters, chicken breast, pork chops, wings, boneless chicken breast, and much more. When cooking with this grill you can cook meats with both bones and that are boneless. Putting vegetables on the grill is an added bonus. There are many nights where I make my entire meal on the grill, vegetables included.

Basically what I am trying to say is that this product is by far the best. Don't hesitate in buying this product it is worth the money.

This was not as good as the other George Foreman products, like his XL and XXL skillets. What I like about his other products is that they let the fat drip off, so it is healthier. This product did not deduct from the fat as well as i thought it would. This is the same price as the XL skillet, and I think that the XL skillet is a better product for the same money.

The skillet also had a better and crisper taste to the meat and vegetables that were cooked on it, instead of the not-so-crispy taste that the grill produced. If I would have the choice, I would have bought the skillet first, and saved my money for possibly another skillet!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fusion Grill - George Foreman, January 6, 2001

I rate this FusionGrill with 5 stars plus. We tried different foods and grilled them at the same time. We grilled Italian Sausage, Pork Chops, Cubed red potatoes with cut up green and red peppers and sliced onions. Everything was put on at the same time. We cooked this for close to an hour and the meat turned out so tender, I will never use a pan on the stove method again. The potatoes were par boiled first and then put in a pan and flavored with vegetable oil , parsley , garlic powder , salt and pepper and lightly tossed before putting on the grill. All I can say is this was the best eating experience our family has had in a long time. Speaking of time, this grill actually gave me time to entertain in my livingroom and not in my kitchen while the food was cooking on the grill. I didn't have to worry about food burning. Best ever George Foreman Fusion Grill. Thanks for looking.

My husband purchased this grill a few months ago. I cannot even begin to say how great this grill is. We have cooked chicken breasts, steak, and burgers to perfection. We grilled sliced chicken breasts to put on quesadillas and marinated the chicken using the infusion cup in the center. The aromas were to die for not to mention the taste, perfectly tender and seasoned. Clean up was easier then I thought it would be, just immerse in hot soapy water, wipe, and wah lah!! :-) I would recommend this grill to anyone!

I bought one of these Fusion Grills about 2 years ago, and I love it! I was waiting to find a good deal on it, and now that I have, I have ordered 3 more of them, one for each daughter for Christmas 2001! This is almost half of what I paid, and since I have ordered over $100 worth, there is no shipping! I also have one of the other George Foreman Grills, but I use this one way more! It has so many different things you can do with it, and drains the fat off wonderfully. We all eat way too much fat, so why not drain off what we can, since there is a great way to do it, with this product! I think it is going to make a great gift!

This item performs better than you would expect. The set up takes about a minute when you first get it out of the box. It's extreemly easy to keep clean and clean up. Putting the basting cup in the center of the grill was a really good idea, no more drips when basting, plus the flavor of the marinade continues to infuse, even when you are not basting.

Here's the really big plus. I cleaned this up with only two, small cheap paper towels. Nothing sticks to it. Just wipe it down and put it away. I did chicken with an herb marinade so it was full of debris when I was done, so this was a good test of the cleanup.

Highly reccomend.

I've had my grill for a week but have used it to grill vegies. fish, and burgers, and all turned out better than I expecteted! I'm glad I did not know this was made by Salton or I may not have bought it, but am really glad I did. The only thing that happened (no biggie for me) is the Foreman name washed off the glass lid the first time I washed it. It does clean easily, I have not had anything stick or even hard to wipe off. Even after grilling onion slices marinated in a honey mustard recipe I used that came with the grill. I have owned other grills, and had a small Foreman grill, I like this one much better because it offers more versitility with it's size. For instance I started the grilled vegies, while preparing the fish and added it 10 minutes later, and it finished cooking at the same time. One last thing, I'm single and it's perfect for any single desiring to eat healthier and would like to have one item to clean after cooking a complete, satisfying meal!

We love ours! Fish, pork chops, even boneless skinless chicken breasts turn out incredibly moist and delicious and everything cooks faster than conventional methods. We have cooked our entire meal on this grill at the same time: meats, vegetables (even potatoe wedges!), and often use it to steam buns, too. Just season your food, place it on the grill, set the temperature and leave it alone! It never makes a mess while cooking and it cleans up super-easy.

I bought this product thinking it would be a larger version of my small George Foreman grilling machine. It's not and when I opened it up I thought I would be disappointed. That was six months ago and I've cooked on this almost daily since that time. Everything I prepare on it has been excellent and cleanup is a breeze. It doesn't cook both sides at one time, but that is a small price to pay for the end result. Another plus is that a whole meal can be prepared on it at one time without constant surveillance. I highly recommend it and will give it often as a gift.
