Crafted with a high-heat-resistant nonstick surface, the wok topper is just the right size to nestle inside most square woks. Be aware that the metal handles get hot during cooking, so make sure you've got your oven mitts nearby. We used it all summer to grill string beans, sweet peppers, egg plant, onions and whatever we found fresh. With a light coating of olive oil the above foods were out of this world and you woouldn't believe how it brings out the flavor of mushrooms. Without the oil coating many veggies sort of dried out.
I'm in here to try to find 2 more for Christmas gifts but your out.
