The version of MSL is (surprise!) not from the Bangla Desh concerts. It's the version heard round the world as a single from All Things Must Pass album; in other words it's the version that you most likely would like to play. Good collection of tunes by one of the greatest songwriters. It's not an 'accu-tab' book; some of those great horn riffs are not included or transcribed to guitar.

And Beware of Darkness is omitted, but this is a valuable book for a George fan. As to the other reviewer, I guess you going to have to learn the Bangla Desh version elsewhere.

This book is a treasure. I've looked for books with as many of George's best songs & this one is it for me. If nothing else, Harrison was a genius; as you will find when you see some of the chords in his songs. God thing is you will now know exactly what they are. Some of the songs have to be re-voiced so you can actually play those crazy chords more easily. I also noticed that My Sweet Lord is written without a capo on the second fret, which is how it's usually played, so you will have to figure that one out if you like playing it with a capo. The chords are accurate and each chord has a diagram. More geared to the intermediate to advanced player.

The transcription are very good. The tab for riffs, licks and solos work for me. The chord blocks are not always the chord inversions I choose but still seem musically sound. My Sweet Lord, Isn't it a Pity, Badge are some favorites. My only wish is that it had Beware of darkness and Handle with Care (Traveling Wilburys).

If you like George Harrison and play guitar you'll be happy with the purchase.

seems like some of the songs don't correspond to other books I have but all tabs are subjective anyways
