Be Careful...this book may not help you if you are going to be taking the Georgia Broker Test. The Georgia Broker Test is now a simulation test. Studying the same material as the Sales Persons Test will not help you anymore. Many books are being sold that say they will help you get ready for the Georgia Broker Test but I have not found one yet that will accurately do that. I have taken the Georgia Broker Test and am familiar with the content. It is a test that tests your experience, not book knowledge. Hopefully soon someone will come out with materials that truly address the simulation type of test.

This purchase was a waste of money for me, and if I could, I'd send it back.

I was preparing for the Georgia real broker examination that has a focus on management, ownership, laws and regulations. This book is a generic compilation of pre-sales information focussed on becoming licensed as an agent. It probably does a good job on that preparation, but has very little for a broker examination.

Can I get a refund? it is in pristine condition; the CD has not been opened.
