This book is the book every Georgia Land Surveyor or any one wanting to be a Georgia land Surveyor should have on his book shelf. It is the authority on the subject of Georgia land surveying. I would recommend your purchasing the book and referring to it on a regular basis to gain an through understanding of the history or Georgia lands and the laws affecting the retracement of those land lines. Well written and has many references to case law on every subject.
