Editorial Reviews

Acclaimed producer, lyricist, singer and Philadelphia resident Jneiro Jarel teams up with native Hotlanta OG and member of Rap supergroup Goodie Mob, Khujo Goodie. Together Khujo and Jneiro are called Willie Isz. Willie Isz is produced by Jneiro Jarel and combines elements of Hip Hop, Rock, and Electro, creating a new Georgiavania sound! Jneiro Jarel is the man behind projects such as Three Piece Puzzle and Craft of the Lost Art, sometimes better known as Dr. Who Dat? and Shape of Broad Minds. Khujo Goodie is the voice of southern hip hop classics like They Do Dance No Mo, 'Soul Food', and 'Fly Away', sparking the creation of the Dungeon Family collective along with Rap superstars Outkast that gave birth to the Southern Hip Hop sound.

The GAPA track is crazy and bumps nicely in my car..track 2 is insane also..love that track..track 7 is a radio player..its got songs to smoke to and journey, songs to bangs hard to, songs with just that hiphop swagger..and the lyrics on all the songs are on point..definately a platinum hitter if the fans will wake up!!! Overall, this record is a good different type of hiphop..might even gain fans from other types of music!! Lex definately has to promote the record!! It will catch onand we wil be seeing Willie Isz all over MTV and Bet..those channels are not worthy of good music anymore..And Georgiavania is Great Music!

So it seems that Jneiro comes close to doing no wrong, he's so prolific that he's bound to have a slip up here and there. Georgiavania ain't it. With the help of Khujo, they have constructed an album that has a feel of being a slow burning classic. I can't see this album getting the credit it's due for a year or two. When my pop music loving friends tell me about this "CD" they just found, I'll know Georgiavania has finally struck the cord that it should from day one.

This isn't an instant classic on first listen...but it's darn close.

I really enjoy this album. Check it out for yourself and see what you think. I appreciated Khujo Goodie's return and admire J'neiro Jarel's production. I am thankful for rap music that does not glorify materialistic concepts.
