I bought a stomp rocket (2 weeks ago) with the purple base launcher and it didn't last that long. It is still "playable" but the base frame fell apart not after long.
This launcher is a lot more solid and hard to break - easier to carry around. It makes great rocket shots! You pay more for the long lasting value - should have bought this one in the first place!

We purchased rocket launchers for two of our grandsons (8 yrs. & 5 yrs.). They were so excited to open this gift on Christmas Day!! A month later, they continue to enjoy!!

Yes, it really does fly 200+ ft, fun for everyone, even my 3 yr old can make the small rockets fly. Probably a good idea to get extra rockets with it.

My kids, ages 3-9, really loved blasting these rockets indoors and out. The foam rockets are soft enough that no one can get seriously hurt. Yet, the can really launch high. The fins started coming off some of the rockets after a few weeks, so I had to glue them back on. It's good active fun for a reasonable value.

This rocket set is great. The kids really enjoy playing with it. The rockets go pretty high. I also own the stomp rocket. I feel this one is made sturdier but the stomp rocket works a little better even though it seems to be made a little flimsier. Overall, a good product that provides the kids with lots of entertainment.

My 4 and 2 yr old love this. Rockets are safe for indoor use as well as outside. This thing can get some serious air outdoors. adjustable launcher is great for getting distance as well as height.

I gave with toy to my 6 year old grandson at our family get together a few days before Christmas. While the family was together we never got it to work. His mom seemed to think there may have been a hole in it that was keeping the air from activating the action. I was going to return it to you but my grandson wated to keep it and try to get it to work at home. It never worked properly.

We love this jump rocket! I bought it for my 10 year old daughter for her birthday. Everyone in the family has fun with it. It also brings out the neighbors, who all want to try it. It's very durable.

We got this toy for my 4 yr old son for Xmas and he loves it! The whole family is enjoying it, including my 6 yr and 1 yr old daughters. As a parent I like it because its something they can do independently without any help from mom or dad unless they get a rocket stuck in a tree. The quality is pretty good. Nothing has broken yet, but I definitely recommend purchasing extra rockets because they do split. My only other complaint is that for the air to get back in the pump sometimes you have to blow air into the pump which for sanitary reasons is a problem for mom. But overall very fun!

Kids love this rocket set. It seems safe (foam rockets) and durable. Rockets travel high and far. You have to be careful loading the rockets onto the launch pad...my son ripped off one of the stabilizing fins while pushing the rocket onto the launcher (the rocket still works).
