This product works, and is handy as can be for the hunter. Especially if you bow hunt frequently. I have become a believer in this product through first hand experience. I got one for my father in law and he loved it as well. Good luck and get-some game! With the Gerber Carnivore you can find it too.

Good Lamp With Some Problems,

This is a bright headlamp that's perfect for hunting. It has two drawbacks. I don't like the battery cover. It's a simple rubber shield that's hard to get into place. Also, the battery life is not so great, but I guess that's what you get when you combine low weight and brightness (bring extra batteries in the woods with you).

I bought several of these lights as gifts for friends and found them useless! When compared to a normal light, these things actually made it HARDER to see the blood. Don't waste your money.
