Brought this for work - to use during property surveys. Nice and small and fits in my pants pocket. Light is good for a flashlight that uses only 1 AA battery. The best part is how long the single AA battery lasts. It's been a couple of months now and I'm still on the same battery! The screw on/off switch is not great (otherwise I would give this 5 stars) and needs two hands to operate. A push on/off button at the end would be better. Imagine holding a clip board in one hand, and a pen and this flashlight in the other, and having to use both hands to turn this thing on. However, with the battery life, one can just leave it on during the whole survey.

This is a nice enough flashlight about a year old and one of mine works intermittently. I don't know why but it's irritating. The light will come on only for a little while then go out. I checked the battery and it's good. I have two of these lights the other one is fine. It tends to be a little slippery in my hand due to the metal case. The fact that it takes just a AA size battery is nice instead of the CR123 type which are expensive.

Much brighter than Gerber Ultra-M; it's almost bright enough to qualify as a flashlight. It's heavy and expensive for what it delivers.
