5.0 out of 5 stars Great sleep-and-plays for the price!
These cotton sleep-and-play zip-ups by Gerber are terrific. They are nice and light for spring/summer weather and do not shrink much at all after washing. The patterns and colors are very nice, and what is more, they zip up. Typically, footed pajamas come with snaps, which can be a giant pain in the neck if and when baby is being fussy during a diaper change etc.

3.0 out of 5 stars Run small, get next size up
Buy next size up. These run small, but are nice and easy to work at night in the dark and when half asleep! Perfect for spring and summer.

For the price, you can't find a better deal. In fact, I own multiple sets of this 3-pack in various sizes. Gerber can always be counted upon to deliver quality at a fair price.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to change diaper, July 18, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These pajamas are great but thin...so if you are in a cold area it may not be warm enough for your baby. Where I live it's been hot and humid during the day and slightly cooler at night so these pajama's are good.

I like it because it's so much easier to change my son's diaper in the middle of the night with the zipper opening from top to bottom. We also have the Carter's pajama's which take a little more effort since it has snaps all the way down. My husband complains about snapping the buttons.

These are great cotton bodysuits. The fabric is a little thin for cold season. I just put a layer of onesie under this at night when it's cold. We love the zipper instead of the snap-ins. They are just to difficult when the baby just wants to roll over and does not have the patience to stay calm through the process. And specially during the night diaper changes are so quick.

Our daughter is 6 months and I make her wear the 6-9 month size and it fits her well. She was born tiny and is just 15 pounds. I am guessing it will be good for her for at another month and a half. The colors are nice and calm, we don't realy look too bold and dark colors for the baby. this looks just perfect for the price.

2.0 out of 5 stars Serious sizing problem, January 28, 2011
By

I have bought these in the past, when my baby was a newborn and they were better.

The two most recent packs I bought had serious flaws.

1. The zips were sort of crooked and twisted meaning when I zipped up the suit, the leg that the zipper was on turned out to be shorter than the other one.

2. The material is very thin - this is fine, they are very cheap, but just so you're aware.

3. The worst problem - the sizing. The 6-9 month size is way too small for my four month old son! The foot section is tiny and they're so short that he can't straighten his legs out. They shrunk even further in the wash.

These are very affordable, and the patterns are cute. If you have a little baby - go for it.

These run a little small, as do all Gerber clothes.

The zipper design is a real asset, though has a couple drawbacks. I really liked the ease of just having a zipper to close up the outfit, but when my baby sits in the outfit, the zipper makes a bump right under his chin/mouth. Also, as he gets a little bigger and the outfit seems to fit, it becomes hard to get his leg into the side without the zip (the zipper goes down only one leg). All in all, a very good product but does have a few areas it could be improved.

2.0 out of 5 stars cheap materials, cheap zippers, September 20, 2010
Not only do these run small (my 4 month old is almost sized out of the 6-9 mos sleepers), but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I know I bought an inexpensive produce since I knew that my daughter would outgrow them soon, but I still expect higher quality than what I received. The fabric is ripping at the seams between her legs. I also struggle with the zippers almost every time. Because of the curve of the zipper between the legs it's hard to zip it up (which probably explains the tearing). I've also had the zipper stick a number of times both on the way up and on the way down.

I still use these-- I like that they are lightweight, but I am expecting someday to have to cut my baby out of it when the zipper sticks for good.

These are thin, but they were great for late fall. The zipper made it easy to get on and off for diaper changes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Do run small but great fit/idea, May 17, 2011
SO great to have zip front instead of button snaps for middle of the night changes! These aren't as slim fit as some of the CARTERS pjs my baby can't even fit his arms through!
