It features two folding knives, a lockback knife (3-5/8 inches closed) with a single blade, and a trapper’s knife (3-3/8 inches closed) with a clip blade and a spey blade. The knives are a matched set with glowing burled wood and stag antler handle inlays with polished stainless bolsters. The set is presented in a metal tin embossed with the Gerber logo, and the blades are engraved with the anniversary dates. A wonderful present for the knife enthusiast.

I gave this as a Christmas present, and my Dad really liked the knives- he'll mainly use them for display in his knife collection. They appeared to be very nice construction for the sale price I paid (less than $25), but I'm no expert. They looked just like the Amazon picture, with striking burl wood and stag combo. Edges were really sharp. Metal box had a tiny dent in the cover, no big deal. I wished I had bought a set for myself. Catch it on sale, and it's a good buy.

I was expecting made in America - not there.

THIS I PURCHASED FOR A GIFT. IT CAME FAST. IT LOOKS NICE BUT IT IS MADE IN CHINA. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW WELL IT WILL WORK AS IT IS A FOR CHRISTMAS. HAS A GOOD PRICE ON IT. FOR A GIFT I PREFER AMERICAN MADE ON MENS KNIVES SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE BETTER KNIVES. THEY DID A GREAT JOB GETTING IT HERE. SO I WILL KNOW IN DECEMBER HOW WELL THIS KNICE SET WORKS.
