5.0 out of 5 stars Great little washcloths...
These are washcloths for infants, so they're the perfect size for that. They are thin, but not too thin. Any thicker and it would be too thick to get in between all those folds and rolls on a baby. They're so soft, I don't have to worry that they're too rough on baby's skin. I love that they come in so many different colors, (we have many sets, both "boy" colors and...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good but edges curl
In general, I would recommend these cloth wipes. They are not appropriate for using as an over-the-shoulder burp cloth. They are perfect for catching drool, spit up and cleaning sticky hands. They have lasted about 2 years and only the color is fading; the texture and thickness have held up. The issue I have with these cloths is that the edges are not bordered or...

These are washcloths for infants, so they're the perfect size for that. They are thin, but not too thin. Any thicker and it would be too thick to get in between all those folds and rolls on a baby. They're so soft, I don't have to worry that they're too rough on baby's skin. I love that they come in so many different colors, (we have many sets, both "boy" colors and "girl" colors) because we use different colors for different things. Aside from using these in the bath, we also use them as drool rags, face washcloths and we have another color specifically for cloth diaper wipes. We use cloth diapers, but the cloth wipes sold for that purpose are sometimes more than twice as expensive as these washcloths, and IMO, these work much better. One side is terry cloth loop, and the other side is smooth and soft, so I can use the smooth side for most diaper changes, and the terry cloth side for those tougher diaper cleanups.

I love to have these on hand. They are very soft and thin. My little one is a "spitter" - although growing out of it - he is continuing with the drooling stage. They are great for wiping my baby's face and hands and they wash great. They seem flimsier than they are. They are quite durable and have lasted through extensive washings. We actually have them strategically placed all around the house for those "just in case" moments.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice little washcloths, October 3, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These are nice little washcloths. We purchased them in bulk in order to have a stack on hand in our kitchen. These are perfect for cleaning little hands and faces after each meal or snack. They are much softer than paper napkins and result in less waste. The only reason for one less star is because I am having trouble removing food stains. However, I don't consider that a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I definitely recommend these for anyone with young children.

In general, I would recommend these cloth wipes. They are not appropriate for using as an over-the-shoulder burp cloth. They are perfect for catching drool, spit up and cleaning sticky hands. They have lasted about 2 years and only the color is fading; the texture and thickness have held up. The issue I have with these cloths is that the edges are not bordered or stitched. The edges of the cloth curl a lot, reducing the size of the cloth and can be annoying when you are trying to get to a mess quickly. I would recommend purchasing the other Gerber cloths that are the same as these, but they have cloth bordering to keep it from curling.

5.0 out of 5 stars Work great as wipes!, February 28, 2010
These washcloths are very useful! They are the perfect size for cloth baby wipes! They wash well and dry super fast! They are great for bathtime, hand/face washing, etc. Plus they are reasonably priced compared to traditional cloth wipes!

These thin washcloths are great for wiping away spit up or drying the tushie after a diaper change. I do not use these for a bath because they are too thin but they have many other uses. They wash well and are great to throw in a diaper bag because they do not take up much room at all. I use these on a daily basis. I would rather use these to wash down the face/hands instead of a rough napkin or adult washcloth that is not as soft.

The washcloth is too small and too thin. Not absorbent either. Would not buy again.

*Soft, adorable, and color coordinated! i need color coordination for washcloths so i don't get them all confused! you can just hear the voice: "one for her face, one for her body, one for the spit up, and one for her....." lol*~
