My son adores these bottles - I bought them and they didn't have the flow nipple he needed so I went with Avent nipples and they work perfectly with the bottle & do not really ever leak. I was told they actually work better with the Avent nipples. Another really awesome thing is that they are BPA free!!! I like the wide neck bottles over standard bottles because I use powdered formula and this way it doesn't get all over the counter and actually is in the bottle. The only downside I would have to say about them (and this could just be the ones I bought since I think mine are older & Gerber changed the design a little) is that the ounce markings wear off a bit over time, but I use two bottles pretty heavily so it probably is just normal wear & tear. Overall really great, easy to use bottles!

I started using Avent bottles with my 1 month old and she really liked it. However, the bottle constantly leaked on me. I did some research on bottles and learned about the whole BPA issue. Avent bottles have BPA. So I purchased every plastic bottle that did not contain BPA and my baby did not like them. She was used to the Avent nipple and the airflow it provided. These bottles did the trick. The only negative thing is the bottles come with a medium flow nipple which was too fast for a one month old. So I threw away all my Avent bottles and used the Avent slow flow nipple and the ring on these bottles. It worked just fine and the bottles didn't even leak.

Leak-free, BPA-free, work with everything made for AVENT, & are affordable! I definitely prefer these over the drop-in bottles! Less mess, less waste, less gas for baby!

I bought 4 of these bottles before I read any of the reviews, and everyone was right, they leak horribly. I was so disappointed that I called the Gerber company to complain. When I told the customer service rep about the problem, she told me that when you put the lids on too tight, they leak. She said to twist the lid tightly, then back it up a little looser and the leaking should stop. Guess what? She was right. Since I have followed her advice, I have had absolutely no leaking at all. I would have given this produce 5 stars, but only gave it 4 because if this is a problem that the Gerber company obviously knows about, they should include instructions on the packaging. Anyway, I just thought I would share so it might help everyone else who is having leaking bottle issues out.

After reading the reviews for all of the bottles available on Amazon, I decided to go with the Gerber GentleFlow. We LOVE them. I had my second child a few months ago and he initially inherited his sister's Avent bottles, which he and we loved. After reading about BPA and PVC, I decided to buy new bottles but I wasn't about to spend $9+ for an Avent BPA-free bottle so I got the GentleFlows instead. We're using the Avent nipples and rings on the Gerber GentleFlow and they work perfectly. By the way, I got 9oz Gerber GentleFlow bottles at a well known pharmacy chain for less than $4 each.

For a while I have been on a search for a good BPA free bottle. This one is ok. I used Avent before trying to find a BPA free bottle and loved them. So these being so much like Avent I was sure I'd love them. However, all I had was the Avent nipples, and when using them with these bottles and rings, they didn't work very well. Perhaps it would have been better with the Avent ring as well. So I put the nipple on that came with the bottle, and it worked better, like Avent though, they will leak if you don't have it on just right. In my search, I have found that the Gerber Fashion Tints are the best value. All you do is losen the ring after shaking, and it vents really well.

I use these bottles with the NUK nipples because the ones that come with these bottles are terrible. The NUK nipples fit well with no leaking whatsoever. My only complaint is that the ounce markings on the side don't go below 2 ounces and sometimes it's difficult to measure.

Great bottle for the price, especially since they are BPA free. Only small problem is that they leak if not screwed on exactly right. This problem is alleviated if using the avent nipples, which fit perfectly with this bottle. Overall a great bottle.

I bought these bottles because I heard so many good reviews and I wanted a BPA free bottle. I liked the fact that they had a wide opening and were easy to clean and not very expensiive. I found myself very dissapointed when it came time to feed my little one and the bottle leaked all over the place. I recommend Evenflo BPA free classic bottles they work great never leak and are only 2.99 for a 3 pack.

What a great bottle this is, excellent. It has the size and form of Avent, and even the nipple ressemble avent's.
