Make sure you buy a size or two up. My 19lb daughter is in a size 18 mo and they fit her perfect and snug.

Too tight,

These pjs are very cute but after washing & drying, I realized that they don't stretch much. It is cotton, I should've known this would be a problem. The arms especially are hard to stretch over my daughter. The cotton seems thick too, better for winter than warmer seasons. I'm going to stick with Gerber's thermal underwear for her, at least they are more stretchy.
