Gerber cotton pajamas are made of 100% ring spun combed cotton. The label free fabric has a soft hand for comfort and feel. Gerber one-piece cotton PJs are designed to fit snug for child’s safety. The sleeve and ankle construction is engineered to increase elasticity for a more comfortable fit. The cuffs on the sleeves and the ankle are extended for added comfort and the rib trim has spandex for extra strength. The fabric contains 100% dyed ground prints, yarn dyed stripes, and expanded embellishments to include appliqués and embroideries. Heather fabric is available in boy’s styles and bows are added for girls. The cotton PJs are available in various prints in sizes 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months and are shipped in recyclable packaging.

I bought these for my daughter last winter but they were too small they fit like a 6-9mo. Not the best for chubby babies either. My second daughter fits in them perfect and she is wearing 6 mo. Great price though and good quality pj's.

they do their job, smaller than what I thought compared to my other daughters clothes of the same age. I'd rather buy the thermal counterpart to this pj set as those are supposed to run small and are much more stretchy.

These pajamas are on the small side. My 9 month daughter who is 19 lbs is wearing a size 18 month. Good thing I know to buy large sizes. Other than that they are very cute and fit well.
