First of all, the author's writing style make this an easy read. While rich with information, the text is never dry or stilted. An excellent book for the technically inclined, it is also a visual feast. Almost everything dealt with in print is also very well illustrated. Recommended without reservation.

This a top rate book on the worlds first assault rifle's! Full of good B&W photo's,but I wish they included some color photo's.
