Although a Very good topic I was very dissapointed to Receive this book from Amazon. There where some excellant photos in the book but pages 18 to 34 were missing and pages 19 to 41 were duplicated. AS I live in the UK the Book came from Europe and I was very suprised to find the returns address was in the United States. Someone, somewhere needs to retrain there quilty control staff as this book should never have left the factory.
