This review is from: German Shepherd Dogs (Barron's Dog Bibles) (Hardcover)
I don't own a German Shepherd but I have always been fascinated with the breed. This book answers many of the questions I had regarding GSDs and puts a personality to the name. The authors love for the breed is at the forefront of this book. Although suppossedly a "How To..." type of book, it is as enjoyable as any dog book I have ever read. If you have ever loved and lost a pet of any kind, you need this book to help you through the last goodbye. Warning: Tissues are needed more than once when reading this book, and also be prepared for a few good old belly laughs.
