I was looking for more,needless to say.All the photos are standard post-war shots of Type XXI's under construction at the collapse of Germany,and a few shots of captured boats.What was needed was some feedback from the men who trained and served in them,some interior shots(easily available from U.S. and British post-war evaluations of these fine craft)Also some decent general arrangement drawings,inside and out.I was left knowing very little about the sub,period.Other than the out of print"Anatomy of the Ship"coverage,the Type XXI needs to be addressed in a larger,more comprehensive way.
