Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Gerontology: Perspectives and Issues (Hardcover)
Filled with down right fundamental information on what happens to the body as we age (and social information too etc..). Even the stuff, of which we already knew, ends up getting a whole new twist to it (being explained medically has it's advantages). Example (although not in the book mind you): we warm up before we exercise (what dose this mean?).... We bring moister to the joints....
You see - giving it a different twist... And this book has a lot of explanations like this... I'm glad I bought it - given a second chance? I would buy it again.. |
