I bought the first set of these candles to see if they met my standards. They do! The color is good it is a gentle ivory and the light is realistic. My husband likes them too. I recently ordered a pair of thse for a double candle wall sconce. Was pleased when the first one lit and the effect is pretty nice for a flameless candle. The second of the pair's bulb is barely visible. Double checked with a new set of fresh batteries, but zilch--the bulb is on but barely detectable. The candles, themselves, look quite realistic, as if they were made from wax and even smell and feel a bit like real wax candles. May or may not reorder. The fact I am thinking of doing so is, I suppose, a "plus," in itself. :-)

These candles look like the real thing without the danger of fire. They're wax and even flicker like the real thing and turn on and off with a simple twist. Ingenious. Loved them so much I ordered 3 sets for myself and 2 for my son in Boston.
