Although I have eaten asparagus prepared in many different ways, I must say that I enjoy it the most when it is pickled. Hopefully you will agree with me after reading my review, and someone won't complain about it to Amazon if they don't like it. Asparagus can be eaten between meals as a snack or served as an appetizer. You can have as much as you want within reason, because it is a low carb green vegetable. The ingredients include water, vinegar, salt, mustard, black pepper and spices, so it is also healthy for you. Gerties makes the best pickled asparagus and I usually buy at least one case a month.

I found Gertie's at Costco last Christmas (I think they are a seasonal item there) and was looking forward to buying more this holiday season, but low and behold, found them on Amazon. I dont know what Gertie does to create this special recipe, but it is amazing..and even addictive. I ate the whole 35 oz jar in one sitting, but I wasnt worried because it is healthy and only about 150 calories for the huge jar and no carbs and no fat! No more chips and salsa for me! Buy some on Amazon or Costco before they are gone. Thank you Gertie!

We found Gertie's Pickled Asparagus in CostCo a while back and it seems they no longer carry it.

We ordered two cases of the stuff from Amazon and it was shipped in GLASS bottles. We received the order quickly and NONE of the bottles were broken. That's GOOD!!

This is the best pickled asparagus I have ever purchased, Please put it back on line. I would order right now if it was available.

I have purchased Gertie's Pickled Asparagus several times now, and my friends and I agree that this brand is the best. The asparagus spears seem to be a little thicker in this last batch than they have before, but rolled up in a slice of ham spread with a flavored cream cheese makes the best and quckest snack you can serve.

These are amazing. I love asparagus, but Gertie's pickled asparagus are wonderful. I can't remember eating something so good, since my mother pickled food herself. They are packed great for shipping and they arrived super fast. This is my first time buying them and both my husband and I loved them. We look forward to buying more.

We've enjoyed this product for many years, and were so happy to find it again. It is a hit in our family and where ever we serve it. Don't let it go out of stock again

It should be illegal to serve a Bloody Mary without at least 3 or 4 of Gertie's pickled asparagus spears in there. (Good stuff!)

Found these locally the first time but couldn't find them anywhere in town when we wanted more. So happy to find them on the Internet! These are DEFINITELY worth paying shipping for. We love them.
