I love this book! All of the exercises are so easy to follow, and with so little time to work out I can finally get some much needed toning in from my bed! It's fantastic! Since I've started using the exercises in Get Fit in Bed, I really do feel healthier, and more rested too! I recommend everyone tries this at least once.

I bought two copies of the book, one to help warm up my 59 year old body in the early morning and the other to give my elderly mother. My mother used to do floor exercises but in recent years had found it too difficult to get up off the floor. This book has such clear pictures and directions that she began using it immediately. Now she has Post-it notes stuck on the pages with the exercises she MUST do every day. She loves it. And Getting Fit in Bed is totally safe for older people to attempt on their own...No danger of falling.

After two arthroscopic knee surgeries I was ordered NOT to use the treadmill, only low/no impact exercises. My husband made fun of me when I bought this book based on the title. Well let me tell you, he's not laughing at me any more. I found the book simple to follow and definitely felt the exercises in my muscles. NO impact on me knees and my husband said I have actually changed my shape. The best money I've spent in a very long time! :)

I was surprised at how easy these exercises are and how quickly the results are felt. I'm sleeping better and feel I have better balance since starting the program. At 81, I cannot do a regular exercise program but this is one program I can do and can stick with it.
It's about time someone thought of the older population and our need to remain safe in our homes.

As someone who can never find time to go to the gym, I found this book to be incredibly helpful. Super easy to use. No excuses necessary. Can be used at night or in the morning, watching TV or even on the phone. Highly recommended to anyone who sleeps in a bed.

For someone like me who never exercised regularly this book has changed me. It is giving me a great kick start in the morning. I also find myself sleeping more soundly without restlessness. I keep my book on my night table and find it so easy to follow the beautiful model's movements, I feel as calm as she looks in the pictures. I'm finding myself to be much Stronger, Firmer and so so so Calm.

For someone who has had a hip and leg problem for years, this is a great book. I do not use the gym and so it helps me keep in shape. It is easy to follow and the photographs are really good.
I would recommend this to everybody who wants to stay fit and needs a regular exercise routine in their day.

"Tone your body and calm your mind from the comfort of your bed." That's what the book says, and it works. I recommend this book of exercises for anyone wanting to get in shape or stay in shape. The exercises are also a good stress reliever, and they'll probably help you sleep better.

This book was great, exercises are simple to follow and isolate the muscle groups for immediate results. You are shown how you can modify most movements to suit your physical needs and photos are helpful. It is nice to see an exercise program that almost anyone could use and enjoy with positive outcome and it is wonderful to see exercises that all of us can continue doing as we age. This book arrived quickly in good condition. It would also make a nice gift.

My kind of workout, as it's such an easy program to follow.
I find morning routine helps me best as I am much calmer, eager and more energetic. There's a noticeable difference in the way my clothes fit, but more importantly I feel better in general. And know this : If I can tone up and get fit in bed, anyone could ! Read it and try for yourself.
