    I am not the typical reader. I am in my 70's and recovering from serious ailments that have prevented me from exercising for over two years. I am eager to get fit again, I was able to climb up the side of a mountain and do pull ups at 71, and this beautifully written book has inspired me to start doing a little yoga every day. Thank you.

    Yoga is a kind of a sport for body and soul. I didn't practice yoga so far, a bit a lot of my friends do, so I think to start, especially after reading this book. I must say that their bodies look better and they seem calmer. If you can't afford those lessons with yoga instructor, then you should buy this book. Book is very easy to follow and you will have no problem practicing yoga at your own home. Highly recommended!

    I don't want to spend money going to the gym so I decided to just workout at home. I read a lot of yoga books and this book by Julie Schoen is one of the most helpful. The moves are easy to follow and not at all difficult to understand.

    I have done yoga for a few years now and was excited to see some new moves that I wasn't familiar with. They kicked my butt (just try the Warrior 3 flow -- yowza!) I love yoga because not only does it help me focus and relax, but it gets me into great shape too. This book is an awesome guide for anyone wanting to learn some great yoga poses and sequences for toning their bod.
