This book is great for recent graduates (and probably a much better gift idea for a recent graduate than that pen/pencil set) as well as people who haven't had to look for a new job in a while. The workbook style of the book gives you no excuses to not be prepared.
The interview section was so helpful. It forced me to prepare for those questions you hate getting ("What is your greatest strength/weakness?") but always do! What I hadn't figured on and never planned for were the questions to ask to the interviewer.
And if you're having hesitations...the salary negotiation section will earn your money back for this book!

"What a cool book! It's loaded with great tips on organizing yourself and preparing for interviews and the authors help you keep a sense of humor about the whole thing, too. I highly recommend it."
