5.0 out of 5 stars A real book from a real person., February 4, 2007

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Get Mad, Get Even, Quit Smoking (Paperback)
After smoking cigarretes for 23+ years, I knew I had to quit someday. I have been an ex-smoker now for 56 days and counting. Thanks to this book, it has given not only me hope and strength but others in my life as well. When you read this book, you will realize that the cigarrete companys don't give a damn about getting people hooked on cigarretes, all they care about is making money. This book helps you understand the benifits of becoming smoke free as well as hope for the future. I highly recommend this book as a tool to help quit smoking.
