Lee E. Miller is the managing director of NegotiationPlus.com and the Career Columnist for the New Jersey Star Ledger, the largest newspaper in New Jersey. A Harvard Law School graduate, he works with individuals and corporations training and coaching in the areas of influencing and negotiating. He is an adjunct professor at Columbia University and at Seton Hall University's Business School, where he teaches MBA courses in influencing and negotiating, managerial decision making, and human resources management.
