I bought this unit on Ebay as I have
an ear wax problem and determined that a suction
type device was the right idea for me as I have a
problem with ear wax that I can not remove from one ear.
I put new batteries in, flicked the very cheap switch to on,
heard a tiny motor hum, and can feel very close to zero
suction. It barely picks up the tiniest pieces of dust!
It won't help clear an ear that's for sure. Nice idea
poorly executed to make a fast back and hope you don't
ask for a refund.

THE EAR WAX REMOVER DID NOT REMOVE ANY EXCESS WAX FROM MY EAR AND I DO NOT BELIEVE IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY I INVESTED.
