Definitely worth the price from Amazon - but don't buy from pricier stores. It is a cute little model, sets up nice (altho not overly sturdy - the corners don't fit "quite' right but the Velcro makes it work OK), and the blue backdrop is working very nicely for almost every subject. My only 2 real concerns have been: the camera tripod that comes with it doesn't stay extended (but then I prefer to hand-hold my camera anyway); and the directions to set up the studio initially put it up backwards - or was it inside out?! Anyway, once I figured that out, I was in business, and I've been using it almost daily. The adjustable spotlights are great, the diffusers work fantastic, overall I'm very pleased with the studio - and all my co-workers are so impressed with my 'access to and knowledge of technology' and with the photographs that I'm turning out for our museum! I'm very glad I bought it!

This is so compact, portable, and easy to use that I thought I was dreaming! I am very new to photography and have undertaken photography of small shiney objects- jewelry. Not an easy task I'm told. This made is too easy to believe any of the previous warnings I'd heard. The pictures I took came out fantastic! The portablility of the item is miraculous! The directions for the homemade units limit a person to having a somewhat fixed lightbox made of either a storage container or foamboard. They are not nearly as compact and travel-friendly as this tabletop unit. It folds up easily, is very light, and sets up in seconds. I'm sold!

Received everything in time. Everything works. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Got some very nice pictures. Using it to take jewelry pictures for my web-store. If you're planning to take pictures of jewelry with diamonds, you'll need additional LED light, to "light up" your stones. Oh, and you'll need additional backgrounds. Otherwise, perfect set for me.

First day, tripod fell apart, lightbulb broken. Awful! Look around for another product dont jumpt to buy this one like I did. I am now going to spend more money on something better.

It's a great idea, to have everything in the portable bag, but the lights are simple horrible, too yellow, not powerful enough. Also the light does not go through the diffuser white walls. I thought that it would go through, instead I had the 2 light coming from the front, didn't work entirely, but I did appreciate the fact that it was portable and you can fold the box into nothing.

The actual "box" is easy to use and is quite portable.

When I opened it all up one of the light stands was broken - luckily my husband was able to break out his tools and get the stands out.

When I got everything situated and plugged in, neither of the lamps worked. Hopefully the bulbs are just blown (which is lame and inconvienant, but better than if they are broken and I have to ship everything back).

It was cheap but it got the job done. One bulb broke on the first day and the tripod fell apart. Every thing else was good.

I really do not know why I waited so long to purchase this Studio. It is well made, compact and does the job so well. I used to spend ages rigging up backgrounds etc but no longer. Great purchase. I also bought one for my step-son after he admired mine.

When the product arrived I was very excited and got it out immidiately. I was disappointed that one of the lights was already broken and the other got extremely hot after only having it on for about 20 minutes.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he was very pleased with the results and the way the photos turn out. Would definitely recommend it for the price paid.
