I bought two of these based on a review that said they were practical. Perhaps the review was written by the manufacturer, because they are pointless and hideously overpriced. I'm guessing they're about 29 cents worth of plastic for eight bucks. The platform is unstable, and I refuse to trust my cellphone to it. This form won't allow me to give this thing less than one star, so I'll give it that. I've wasted money before, so that's how I know I've done it again. Sigh. Look for it soon in a dollar store near you.

I bought one of these for my mother for the holidays. Her cell phone was always on the kitchen counter, with a big jumbled mess of cord following it. With this cell phone holder, you just plug your cord into the outlet through the hole, wrap the excess cord around the middle of the holder, and place your phone on the phone rest. It's cute, simple and organized! My one issue is that it does slide a bit on the rest, but not much. I believe it is because this is a universal holder, and because it's plastic and doesn't have a perfect grip surface. But, it still works, and she gets compliments on it all the time. I'm purchasing another one for my grandmother!

I bought a few of these for Christmas stocking stuffers and loved it so much I got more and gave one to all my friends and family. It did take a little explaining though. Not everyone got the idea of how to use it. Once I showed them how they loved it too!! The only bad thing is I didn't get an extra one for me :(

Excellent, creative product that lets you store your tech apparatus while charging. No more using couch and chair arms as places where phone may fall and never be found again. Gave as Xmas presents and all loved it.

This is my second one. The first one was stolen by my husband. We like them so much that we bought them for our college age kids for Christmas. Very handy piece of plastic:)

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!! It is flimsy as I don't know what and does seem to stay put with the charger in the wall.....not happy with this purchase at all

"Perfect" was the word used to describe this gift. A good idea for keeping cord, charger and holder all in one convenient place. Item was exactly as described. It was packaged, shipped and received in a timely manner. I would recommend this item for all "techno" friends and family.

I have no complaints with this holder. It holds my phone off of the counter. Does what it's supposed to do.

I had to get on this one right away. A bad review hit this thing pretty bad before. I have to set the record straight. This item works exactly as it is advertised. It works fantastic..it is made of plastic and works fine. If you want one made of platinum then don't get it. It is not cheap. It is well built and is at a fantastic price point.
Don't hesitate to buy this item. I gave it 5 stars for a very good reason.
