Good Instruction and Tune Up
My Wife liked this and uses it. I think the other reviewer is looking for lots of nudity, wrong site for that! If you want to get a refresher on your mojo, then this isn't a bad place to start. Angel who is in the Broadway show Rock of Ages does a great job.

This sucks
There's no nudity. The whole movie looks like it was shot by a Sony Handycam(R).... Terrible instruction by a not so attractive lady. She's wearing a fullbody leotard under her outfits the whole time.
