For anyone who needs and wants to utilize social media to promote a business, but doesn't know where to start, this is an excellent step-by-step guide. Jon Reed makes the concept of social media marketing very approachable and even fun. You can tell he's been there himself and really understands the ins and outs of building an online presence. The diverse case studies also help to illustrate ways to effectively use social media in a variety of businesses. Even if you don't consider yourself to be "tech-savvy," you'll still learn a lot and be able to put it into practice. This guide is a must-have resource for any business book collection.
