Bob came into my office tipping the scales at 425 pounds. He, like, I am sure, all of you, tried to lose weight with dieting, but, in Bob's case, this always caused his gout to reoccur. Nothing worked and his own doctor was throwing his hands up. Bob mentioned hypnotism to his doctor who said, "Well, why not?"

Today, Bob is over 200 pounds lighter! Then, in his "self- improvement" mode, he got Lasik eye surgery, new front teeth, and a wonderful life. When we were talking years later, he told me, "For the first time in my life I can sit in my chair at home, and my little dog can sit next to me." Wow.

great book - easy read but packed with great information. I've gone back and read it several times. Very helpful if you're trying go lose weight. Not a diet but a way of life!

Format: Paperback
I wanted to know how to be thin and how hard or easy it was to reach my goal. Was it realistic?
The book has superseded my expectations. It is easy to read, has a great sense of humor threaded through out the book. Being over weight, one becomes sensitive, Bryan gives us the freedom not to take ourselves too serious, but to take our choices seriously.
You get a lot for your money: newsletters and free CD's what a surprise, I highly recommend this book for those wanting to lose weight and family members who's loved ones need to lose those extra pounds, it is insightful for me to know some of their feelings and struggles.
