Today, Bob is over 200 pounds lighter! Then, in his "self- improvement" mode, he got Lasik eye surgery, new front teeth, and a wonderful life. When we were talking years later, he told me, "For the first time in my life I can sit in my chair at home, and my little dog can sit next to me." Wow.
It took about four months for Susan, a physician, to reach her weight-loss goals--and remain there. Like many of you, she had failed in the past, but, Susan was able to, finally, lose weight and become a comfortably thin person for the rest of her life.
After just six weeks of hypnosis with me, Paul's doctor reduced his diabetes medicine. He's now totally off his blood pressure meds, too. His weight is coming off slowly but regularly. Like most of my successful clients, he's healthy and happy.
As you know, The United States (and most of North America has a real weight problem. Since the 1990s, Americans, even though they're living longer, have been getting bigger and unhealthier.

P.S. I titled this book Get Thin--Be Happy! This doesn't mean that you can't be happy if you are not thin; that would be absurd. It only means that many, many people would and could lead a happier life if they lost the unnecessary weight in their bodies. Generally, you'll be healthier--and happier--in the long run!
