kilo had a long and strong music career in the early 90's a string of hits than ran through the clubs in the south like a natzi with an m16..hailing from bankhead of atlanta ga. kilo always stayed relivant.. with songs like ghetto drop, nasty dancer, cocaine,do u hear what i hear, and lets not forget that unforgettable sounds of baby, baby ft. big boi of outkast. When lets get this party started dropped it was nodoubt the south was sleeples ounce again and the dj's was rocking crowds all over the bottom of the map. lets get this party started was one album out of many to prove that kilo was and really is the first, and the king of the south whole movement...enough respect due

I'm surprised there's only 2 other people besides me who wrote a review on this. Yes, for those interested in the HISTORY of Hip-Hop/Rap music in ATL then Kilo MUST be heard. He is essentially the first King to represent Atlanta even before Outkast. Alotta people will never understand how historically relevant this CD and ALL of Kilo's CDs are in regards to launching other artists careers.

You may not know that THIS is the CD that DJ Taz, the producer/rapper behind the hit singles "That's Right", "Move Your Rump", and "Yearnin", got his start from!!! Yes, DJ Taz was the producer behind many of Kilo's BIGGEST hits like "Nasty Dancer", "Lost Ya'll Mind" and more and it all started with THIS CD!

Kilo also influenced OTHER people who blew up like DJ Kizzy Rock, Lil' Jon, Sammy Sam and more!

Hit me up because I've spoken to all these people personally and I can give you a HISTORY lesson![...]

Kilo has always been a favorite of mine. The bass is incredible in being that his newest CD is called "Organized Bass". My favorite song on this cd is the first track. This cd is a great one to add to your collection. Although Kilo Ali is not very well known, he's a great and unique rapper. Ding-A-Ling is also a good song that hits very hard on a good system.
