I really loved this album. It was a blessing to my soul with a nice blend of uptempo and ballad songs of spiritual praise. I have to admit that I truly loved the ballad like praise songs. They touched my soul, and were filled with so much meaning. It made me fill like I was at Sunday morning service with a celestial soloist and heavenly choir having the whole congregation on their feet in praise. I loved "Come In This House". This song is truly moving, and is a song that beckons you to come unto the Lord. "What Manner Of Man" conveys a powerful message about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with a smooth jazz feel.

The uptempo songs will get you on your feet, and there's even something from the old school in "Grandma's Glory" featuring the old church classic "Glory, Glory". This album is truly a blessing and will truly grow on you as you listen to it. It will help you become spiritually strong. New Direction is a very good choir, and this is their second album, and I think they only get better with time. Let New Direction lead you the right way, and you'll be thankful you're on the right path! God is Love!

this choir is just unreal. There first cd almost took me out, then I was blessed to attend the recording of their second album "Get Your Praise On". It was just awsome. If you have not heard these young people live, then you are missing it. This new cd ministers to your soul with songs like Hold Out,& Come in The House, and makes you want to just go crazy on songs like I Came To Jesus, New Revalation, Victory, & Glory Glory. The same annointing that was at that recording in present on the cd. If you don't have it you need to get it.

New Direction has done it again. If you thought their first project was great, you would love this one. New Direction has hit harder than their first project by showing their versatility with "Grandma's Praise". It sounds as if this was a live recording, which really shows what New Direction is all about. I am a Chicago native and can honestly say that you can't appreciate New Direction until you have heard them and seen them perform LIVE. This project really gives you the feel of what New Direction is all about, and that is high-energy praise to the Father. Of course New Direction specializes in a more Hip-Hop sound, and they have shown that with such tunes as....Victory, I Came To Jesus, and Get Your Praise On, and I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that the smooth groove of When I Get There will grab your attention. However New Direction doesn't stray away from letting the public know that they are a WORD BASED MINISTRY. They have songs such as Hold Out, Come In The House, and Til We Meet, that really reaches the soul and puts you in a praise and worship mind state.

For those of you that liked the first CD, You'll LOVE this one, and for those of you that have not heard New Direction .......Give them try and I guarantee you'll get HOOKED

"GET YOUR PRAISE ON" IS MUCH BETTER THAN THEIR DEBUT CD. THIS CD IS THE BOMB. NEW DIRECTION IS THE CHOIR. THEY ARE ON FIRE FOR THE LORD AND THEY REALLY SHOW THAT THROUGH THEIR MUSIC FOR THIS ALBUM. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CHOIR ALBUMS THAT I HAVE.

"I CAME TO JESUS" is one of my favorte song. I heard this on the radio and I loved it. I still loved it. This song is jamming and they put in so much engery on this song it crazy. This is one of the best song on this cd

"NEW RELEVATIONS" is also one of my favorite songs. Once again this song has energy and so does New Direction. I love this song. The band is off the chain. One day I want my youth choir to be this good.

"HOLD ON" slows the cd down a little bit. This is a worship song. You will fall in love with this song. The first time that I heard this song I was blown away because you didnt expect this for New Direction. This is the best song out of the whole cd

"WHEN I GET THERE" is a smooth song. its has a nice beat. The choir and the lead vocals is off the chain. I love this song

"GET YOUR PRAISE ON" is a jamming song. This also is one of the best song

"COME IN THE HOUSE" is my personal favorite song. The lead on this song is awesome.

"GLORY TO GLORY" also is a good song. I love this song. The end is the best part

"VICTORY" is my favorite song. This song is off the chain. I love this song.

"WHAT MANNER OF MAN" is also a song that i heard on the radio and made me buy this cd. This song is off the chain

"TILL WE MEET" is the perfect song to end a good cd.

Yes Yes Yes

This is an awesome group from the Chi. I have heard this choir live and they bring energy only god can give. They have the abliity to have fun, but not letting go the focus of praising god. Their name says it all New Direction. They are taking gospel music to a new level. They have music for the old as well as the young buy this cd and get the old one and you'll see that god is in the midst of this group

after listening to this cd I want to join this choir.

I was introduced to this CD a few years ago. It has exciting music arrangements full of life.....no hum drum here.....but the message of Christ is not lost. My teenagers, 5 year old and myself all love it! great music

I bought this cd when it first released not knowing anything about New Direction, man I am so glad that I did.

This cd jams all the way through. Starting off with "I Came to Jesus" and closing out with "Til We Meet Again".

My favorite song is "Victory", this song will have you jumping, stomping and getting your praise ON for real. This is a must have for your praise collection.

This CD is AWESOME!!! I'm a young person myself, and to hear other people around my age singing the way they sing, and saying what they say is a true blessing! As a college student, I get stressed a lot, but studying while listening to gospel music is definitely helpful and a big-time stress reliever. This is definitely a great CD to own!!
