I, enjoying Prince, to no end of course buy the maxi singles. Gett Off is a terrific song and the reinterpretations of this classic are beautiful but what makes this CD stand out and become a huge twist on an already great song is Violet the Organ Grinder. Using some of the same melodies and bass beats, Prince creates a whole new spin on Gett Off, a darker, more intimately sexually graphic song than Gett Off! Which one might think impossible but true!
Buy it, buy it, buy it!

Aside from Gett Off, which is a great song, the song that stands out on this CD, which is even more funky than Gett Off, is Violet The Organ Grinder. U must hear it! It's classic Prince! If u have 2 climb a mountain or b nice 2 u're irritating girlfriend 2 buy this CD, then do it! Maybe Violet could teach her something!!!!!!!

"2 Whomever it May Concern, u must come to your senses, there are no KINGS on this earth only PRINCEs". "His name is PRINCE & HE IS FUNKY"!
As always, Prince has remained true to his name. He never ceases to amaze me. I remember watching the Gett OFF vhs when it first dropped in '91, in complete awe! And even in 2002, this is certainly a masterpiece. This CD is a funky,"LOVESEXYMUTHA".

To all the Purple People in this world, if you don't own it, buy it, you will "GETT OFF" to "VIOLET THE ORGAN GRINDER"!
