This is my first exposure to Zane, but certianly not my last. It's fun to read, it's well written, and it's the kind of eroticism that both involved are supposed to enjoy - my kind.

It's also my first exposure to recent Black American writing. I like even more that it's literate and fun to read. Too much of the popular media time shows off the punk/gangster mess. There isn't nearly enough attention paid to the educated, successful, and pleasant African Americans - the large majority, to judge by the company I keep.

I know at least a few people that avoid erotica, based on second-hand opinions of bad writing. This book, if you can coax them to read it, might show them that physical affection, good sex, and enjoyable writing can all be found in one place at one time: here. This book deflates lots of bad stereotypes all at once, and I like having my point of view widened like that.

Having read and enjoyed The Sex Chronicles, I had to get my hands on the sequel. Zane's imagination goes into overdrive with stories that are guaranteed to leave you begging for more -- so to speak. The stories vary from sensuous and romantic to wild and kinky, but they all have a similar theme: a woman shattering her inhibitions by venturing into her wildest sexual fantasies. I marvel at this author's ecstatic and inventive writing. I couldn't put this book down. Are you in the bargain for a very saucy read? Get Buck Wild and pick up this book! :-)

Just like the catergory of her third catergory of short stories! I must say I an a true fan of the author Zane. She is a terrific writer and I can't wait until her next book comes out next year. I bought this book when it first came out and I am finished already. Her stories are heart throbbing and sensual! Heat Seekers was moving and if you liked The Sex Chronicles then you will love Gettin' Buck Wild: Sex Chronicles II. I can't wait to see other readers comments I was glad to be the first. If you are looking for romance, then you don't need to read this book. If you are kind of prudish, then you don't need to read this book. If you can't handle a book with some serious sexual content, you don't need to read this book. If you are looking for some good erotic then this is the book for you. If yuo are uninhibited, then this book is for you. If you are comfortable in your own skin and sexuality, this book is for you. Zane writes books that gives it to you raw. It's erotica at it's best, and it makes your imagination run wild. I enjoyed this book better then the first one. IMHO this book had more stories I could enjoy. I will be reading this book.....OFTEN!!!!

WELL I HAVE TO SAY THIS BOOK WAS OK IT WASNT AS GOOD,AS THE FIRST ONE SEX CHRONICLES SHATTERING THE MYTH. BUT IT WAS GOOD,I READ ALL OF ZANES BOOKS BUT THIS ONE WAS LIKE A PORNO MOVIE EVERY PAGE WAS SEX, SEX ,SEX ,NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT(DUE TO THE NAME OF THE BOOK)BUT I CANT PUT MY HANDS ON WHAT BOTHERED ME ABOUT THIS BOOK.BUT I WILL SAY THAT THE STORIES WASNT AS INTERESTING AS THE FIRST ONE.

I originally bought this book for my wife while we were on vacation. My thinking was that Jamaica and some Zane would lead to a really FUN vacation. One day, I picked up the book because I wanted something to read at the pool. After reading a few stories, I needed to take a dip in the pool. Zane does a good job of mizing in romanticism with pure animal lust. It's not overly graphic, but it gives enough detail for the reader to "picture" the events. If your libido or your love life needs a little spice, have both partners read Zane...you'll get ideas and the passion to make things soooo much better.

What can say about this book nothing just speechless it took be less than a week to read this book and I enjoy it morning til night I was evening reading it at work, I just couldn't put it down I was reading some of the stories to my coworkers and they was oohing and aahing. I have read all of her books and nothin but praise for Ms. Zane Well done!

This book is so good. It goes way beyond the first book. I will warn you, you must be ready to read all that she has put in this book. It was a page turner. I got the book on Friday and was done by Wednesday. I have told everybody about this book. I can not say enough about this book. YOU MUST BE READY TO READ IT THOUGH!!!!!!!!!

this is my 3rd book from zane and i think im literally addicted!! My favorite story was "The HeadHunter" and "Do U Really Wanna Touch It?" This books have the ultimate stories to get you in a mood that you didnt even know existed.......like in a whole new world! Definately recommend this book!

This book was not only erotic but also suspense filled. The characters in the book say and do some of the same stuff that men and women do in the real world, so it makes the book even more realistic. Sometimes you can put yourself or someone you know in the same scenerio as the plots seem so real. All the loving and smooching and people going with other peoples man or women is so real. This book is just a continuation of Sex Chronicles I. I love it and all Zane books. Zane books are about the only book that I read because they are so realistic and good.
